Advocacy & Awareness Raising (July 2025 – August 2026)

This work package aims to influence policy and public understanding to improve support for Ukrainian caregivers of persons with disabilities (PWD) and local PWD caregivers in Germany, Poland, and Lithuania.

Key Activities:

Advocacy Actions:

The project consortium will coordinate efforts to engage with government institutions, promote policy improvements, and raise key issues through public discussions, media articles, and direct meetings with authorities.

Awareness Campaign:

A multimedia campaign will share personal stories of Ukrainian families with PWD through videos, photos, and text—highlighting their challenges and hopes. These stories will be presented at the final stakeholder meeting and shared widely via social media to reach decision-makers, NGOs, and the public.

The goal is to amplify voices of the target group and promote systemic change.
