Cooperation with Businesses (August 2025 – August 2026)
This work package focuses on building inclusive employment opportunities for Ukrainian caregivers of persons with disabilities through collaboration with businesses in Berlin-Brandenburg and the Warsaw region.
Key Activities:
Inclusive Workforce Training:
Up to 16 training sessions for business representatives will cover inclusive hiring practices, support for employees with caregiving responsibilities, cultural sensitivity, and flexible work arrangements.
Up to 6 interactive networking events will connect caregivers with employers to discuss job opportunities, share needs, and build partnerships. The goal is to create up to 18 internships or trial job placements for the target group.
This package strengthens employer awareness and opens practical pathways to integration and employment.
