Multifunctional Service Hubs: Info, Networking & Empowerment (August 2025 – August 2026)

Within the project we will establish Service Hubs in Berlin and the Warsaw region to support Ukrainian caregivers of persons with disabilities through training, networking, and empowerment.

Key Activities:

Info & Training Sessions:

18 sessions (10 in Berlin, 8 in Warsaw) will focus on employment rights, job readiness, and career development, with input from professional coaches and local disability organizations. Ukrainian interpretation and care services will be provided.

Self-Help Groups:

20 support sessions in Berlin and Warsaw will foster mutual aid, including shared caregiving arrangements, enabling participants to pursue job or internship opportunities while building community support networks.

Multiplier Training Programme:

Selected participants (15 in each country) will be trained to become peer mentors, sharing knowledge and supporting others in their integration journey. This includes 6 offline training sessions and mentorship pairings, continuing through monthly meetings.

The Hubs aim to empower caregivers, strengthen peer networks, and promote social and labour market inclusion.
