Research & Analysis: Multi-Stakeholder Committee (July 2025 – March 2026)

A Multi-Stakeholder Committee of up to 10 experts from civil society, academia, state institutions, business, and the target group (PWD and their caregivers among Ukrainian refugees) will lead a research and analysis phase across Germany, Lithuania, and Poland, with additional focus at the European level.

Between July and October 2025, committee members will conduct national case studies and background research to assess the living and working conditions, needs, and integration prospects of the target group. Feedback from the community will be gathered through interviews and written input, ensuring an intersectoral, inclusive approach.

Three online meetings will facilitate discussion and coordination, leading to the creation of evidence-based recommendations. Key outcomes will be published between November 2025 and February 2026 in English, including policy papers and infographics.

In March 2026, the final committee meeting will present the findings, adapt models based on results, and engage in European-level advocacy and exchange of best practices.
